Today I went to the gun range with my wife’s uncle and we had quite a bit of fun.  We sighted in 2 Ruger 10/22’s and shot a small .22 pistol and a 9mm pistol.  We got the rifles sighted in to where they can shoot the center out of the target at 25 yards.  Overall, we probably put about 600 rounds through the rifles and pistols.  Not a bad day to do it with the weather in the low 60’s.  We also got to eat out at Applebees for the first time in a long time… thanks for lunch John and Emmi!  This evening, we watched the movie Full Metal Jacket.  It’s a movie from our library.  Mizzou won 58-0 as they returned to beating mediocre teams while still not being able to compete with the upper echelon teams.  The World Series game tonight was delayed by rain and I have no idea what’s going on there as I still haven’t watched a single inning of game play.
