Well, the first Presidential debate is over.  All in all, nothing major came out of it regarding any new policy statements or actions but it is good to see how each candidate reacts in real time without canned speeches at the ready for pre-submitted questions.  Sure, they all have their standard rhetoric, but each were forced to think on their feet and make coherent arguments based on the responses from their opponent.  I don’t think anyone truly wins these debates outright because each side will always think their side won no matter what the case may be, truly blind followers.  The independents and undecided voters are what counts and how they interpret the debates.  However, this is only the first debate, there are 2 more Presidential debates and 1 Vice Presidential debate left before all is said and done.  We are several episodes into The Office season 3 now.
