exercises-calvesIt’s almost 2 weeks into the New Year and we are still working out.  I’ve started working up to where I want to be and I’m up to 1.5 miles at an incline of 5 on our treadmill at 3 mph.  It works up a pretty good sweat for me.  However, my calves are really sore.  The incline is really stretching them out, but that’s a good thing.

Since I’ve kicked soda and sugar for the most part, I’m really tired.  I haven’t started my vitamin regimen but I really need to, that should take care of the tiredness.  We aren’t really on a diet, we are just eating smaller portions, exercising, and eating a bit more healthy foods.  It’s more of a lifestyle change.

Bowling is on tap for tomorrow night.  3 more nights in this 12 week season and we are still 2 points in first place.  Hopefully we can improve our standing in the next 2 weeks because the last week is position round.

With bowling on Tuesday and soccer on Wednesday, I’m going to have a hard time keeping up with some televison shows I normally watch…  It sucks when I miss the High Defitinion episodes!

I don’t like your picture!!! But you didn’t think of me when you chose it, did you? I did have to smile when I saw it though.

I was going to say until I saw the picture and it took my mind off of my comment that you had some good bowling scores!!! I know soccer will improve also when you get the hang of it. I wish I could see you play!!!

What’s wrong with the picture lol? I didn’t have a lot to choose from as far as talking about my sore calf muscles =)

I wish you could come and see us play too, we try hard, but we just don’t have the experience yet. Paula came again tonight and we had quite a few wives and family watching. It really is fun being part of a team of friends.
