Sometimes, it’s better to be lucky than good.  Tonight in bowling, I ended up being more lucky than good.  Not that I was bowling bad, but the shots that I thought were good, didn’t carry, and the shots that shouldn’t have, did.  Sometimes it just works out that way.  Our team won 2 of the 3 games and we took 5 pts, not bad.  We should still be in first place heading into the last 3 weeks of the 2nd season.

Anyway, I had 19 strikes in 3 games and had games of 185, 192, and 225 for a 602 scratch series.  I only had 3 opens, but I couldn’t string my strikes together.

Tomorrow is a big day.  Soccer is tomorrow night and I’m nervous about it.  Not nervous athletically wise, but nervous because I don’t want to be embarrassed.  We may not have enough players to be competitive and that’s just sad considering this is our first game of the season.  What a way to start right?

I’ve also got a lunch meeting tomorrow that I’m looking forward to.
