My Life in PrintThe Dark Knight
I got the blu-ray version of The Dark Knight today at lunchtime from our local Wal-Mart. As soon as I got home, I opened it up and popped it in the blu-ray player. Watching the movie was like watching it for the first time again… except with better sound. I was impressed by the video quality, but I was really impressed by the sound quality. The blu-ray version really is great. They also threw in a digital copy of the movie which I can now put on my iPod and watch on it and via iTunes. That was a nice throw in.
There was also some free UFC on SpikeTV tonight. A couple of good fights considering there were no big name stars on the broadcast. Worth watching though.
Tomorrow night is Thursday night tv night here again. I’m looking forward to it as our shows are having their Christmas episodes. I’m sure there will be lots of laughs!

Morgan was trying to talk me into getting her the movie on her ipod today. she’s going to be miffed that you have it on yours. 😉 maybe she’ll get a download with the movie when she buys it. that would make her day! love you!
It is cool to have it on the iPod! I just checked on Amazon and it appears that the standard DVD has the free digital copy also but you have to buy the 2-Disc Special Edition. So don’t buy the standalone movie or you won’t get it. Even though the special edition costs about $5 more, you are actually getting a free iTunes movie with it so it’s the better deal and you get all the extra features they added. Love You too!
