Just as it was yesterday, today is actually a different day for the Dicus household.  My wife is now officially off work until next Tuesday, YAY!!!  Tonight being Tuesday in the real world meant I returned to bowling.  I missed the last 2 weeks so tonight was the first time in a while for throwing a ball down the lane.  I only got to throw 2 practice balls and they weren’t pretty so I was wondering how the night would turn out.

Well, it worked out pretty well.  I bowled games of 227, 194, and 220 as our team won 2 of the 3 games and won the overall pin count by a massive 3 whole pins…  In 3 games, I bowled 22 strikes and struck out the 10th frame in every game.  I had never struck out 3 consecutive times and it sure came in handy having those extra pins for our team.

I rented the movies Hancock and Fred Claus today.  Hancock was pretty good, but short for an action/superhero movie.  I didn’t get to watch all of Fred Claus, but my wife said she liked it.  She is a Christmas movie junkie so if she liked it, I’m sure anyone reading this would like it also.
