Metallica’s first single release from their latest studio album, Death Magnetic.
The video itself doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me in that it doesn’t really follow the lyrics or anything. I guess it made Metallica happy though…

I sure didn’t get it when I seen it. As a matter of fact, I’ve pretty much forgotten what all was on it.. just remember it was blah. (to me anyway.)
So I assume you didn’t “treat” yourself by watching the video again in this post lol. I’m a pretty big Metallica fan and if I didn’t get it, then I wouldn’t expect a casual fan to even have a clue as to its meaning or direction. I don’t even THINK Metallica knows what the video is about…
